Getting it right
A few things worth understanding before you commission the work.
Preparation is everything
A good finish starts with the surface underneath. Poor prep is why plaster cracks or render blows later.
Drying time can't be rushed
Fresh plaster and render need to cure before painting. Decorate too soon and it'll flake.
The right render for the wall
Silicone, K-Rend or sand-and-cement each suit different walls. We match it to your property, not the other way round.
Built for coastal weather
On the Sussex coast, salt and wind test a render. We use finishes made to cope with it.
Repair or re-render
Sometimes a patch is enough, sometimes it's false economy. We'll tell you honestly which your wall needs.
